The System
Temperature Monitoring Systems
use advanced technology to fully automate temperature monitoring and recording 24/7
providing effective temperature
management of temperature sensitive products. The systems are scalable
and easy to
install. The wireless and ethernet logger units (mains and battery
powered) provide flexibility in layout from
single to multiple monitoring points across one or more sites.
The systems accept a large range of sensors for monitoring
humidity, light intensity, pressure, voltage, current and pH
level, and including RTD and thermocouples.
The system is unique
-
The wireless
monitoring systems transmit live temperature readings, enabling
monitoring of temperature levels and alarm conditions from the logger
and the computer/touch-screen display unit simultaneously.
-
Temperature data is
automatically downloaded into a comprehensive software database for
storage and retrieval, simplifying record keeping for audit purposes.
The software is easy to use and enables immediate visual display of data
(current and historical) in graphical form.
-
The innovative alarm
handling allows the setting of upper and lower alarm limits and an alarm
logging interval. When storage temperatures exceed the defined limits,
alarm data such as alarm start time, duration, min/max temperatures and
temperature profile is collected. The optional alarm alerting function
can call a series of user defined phone numbers.
-
The automated temperature
calibration feature
enables the user to easily
map and tune the fridge/freezer/coolroom
for optimal performance.
-
The
floor plan tool
is a graphical tool that assists the user in monitoring
their overall temperature monitoring system. The floor Plan is tailored to the site/s, with graphical
representation of the location of all sensors and status
information for each sensor.
The applications are unlimited

The systems have multiple
configurations
The systems can operate in Standalone
Mode or configured as a Point-to-Point Monitoring System by
connecting to a computer via a wired or wireless connection for
continuous temperature display. As the number of
monitoring points increases, the Point-to-Point system can be
expanded to a Point-to-Multi Point Monitoring System by introducing
additional logger units. Network Systems are available where
temperature monitoring is distributed across multiple sites.

Examples of Applications |
|
Standalone System
(More product details) |
The
standalone temperature
Logger
is suitable for
businesses that do not have a PC. The logger is equipped with a
user friendly menu system for configuration set-up. Logged
temperature data and alarms can be viewed on the LCD display of
the logger. The extensive alarm handling capabilities include a
visible alarm indicator. A flashing alarm indicates that an
alarm condition has occurred. The alarm details including the
time stamp, duration, temperature profile and min/max
temperature can be viewed on the alarm log.
|
Suitable for
users who do not have a computer and needs to view alarm
and historical data on the logger. |
|
Point to Point System
(More
product details) |
In
a Point-to-Point Monitoring
System, temperature readings are transmitted and displayed on a
PC continuously, enabling remote monitoring of the temperature
levels and alarm conditions from the PC. The ability to
visualise temperature profile and alarm information enables
quick interpretation of data to determine product quality and
integrity.
This system is highly recommended for
applications requiring auditable records as it fully automates
data collection and processing. Graphical data and statistics
provided can also be used to monitor potential equipment failure
allowing for pre-emptive maintenance to be scheduled to prevent
costly breakdown of machinery and consequent loss of products.
|
Suitable
for users who require monitoring of one
refrigerator and would like to
view live and historical temperature data in
graphical/report form on a computer |
|
Point to
Multi Point System
(More
product details) |
As the number of monitoring points
increases, the Point-to-Point system can be expanded to
a Point-to-Multi Point Monitoring System by introducing
additional logger units. The point to point system is
the base system as described above. |
Suitable for
users who require monitoring of more than one
refrigerator within the same location, and would like to
view live and historical temperature data in
graphical/report form on a computer
|
|
Network
System
(More product details) |
The network systems enable
central administration of a cold chain management process that
spans multiple locations.
The Point-to-Point /Multi Point systems at each
site are connected via the Internet, a Local Area Network (LAN)
or a Wide Area Network (WAN) to an administration centre.
Temperature measurements are automatically
collected per site and archived to the administration centre
periodically.
|
Suitable for
groups of users in different locations where local
and central viewing and/or management of temperature
data is necessary |
